We are a NonProfit Organization.

We are not a 501(c)(3) yet, we are in the process of attaining this status.

Our goals include facilitating awareness to the public of the existence and mission of the State Guard & Defense Forces, as well as providing a central news & informational resource hub for State Guard & Defense Force troops on the internet. We will accomplish this mission by working hand in hand with State Guards & State Defense Forces so that they may continue to support, assist and augment The National Guard.

State Guards & State Defense Forces are the same organization. According to United States Code, Title 32, Section 109, the United States authorizes the States to organize and maintain a 'defense force', but even though States refer to their 'defense forces' as State Guards, State Defense Forces, Military Reserve, etc. they are still considered 'defense forces' in the eyes of the United States.
